Even after the closure of your accounts, we will maintain your profile information and other data used in the application confidentially and in accordance with the law and this Privacy Policy. Even if you request account deletion, some data necessary for auditing the documents you signed or sent for signing may still be retained. In such cases, the account will be blocked to prevent access, removed from all user listings, and prevented from receiving email notifications or any other form of contact. However, the audit data related to the signatures will remain stored in Autentique for potential auditing, expert analysis, and other legal purposes.
We cannot use this information for any purpose other than auditing the documents and signatures or maintaining the integrity of the system.
Autentique does not collect sensitive data from user accounts nor process sensitive data that may be contained in the documents sent to the platform. All files and support information containing sensitive data are encrypted both in transit and at rest to protect confidentiality and can be deleted at any time upon request or if they lose relevance and need for retention. However, data covered by Autentique's retention policy and legal obligations related to signature records will be retained.
You can request the deletion of your account or personal data at any time directly with our support team or at hello@autentique.com.br. The deletion process will remove all data associated with you and your account that are not covered by Autentique’s data retention policy or strictly necessary for auditing the signatures you performed. Note that in some cases, Autentique may be legally required to retain some access and/or connection data. These data will be stored for the period required by law.
We are constantly working to improve our services, so we may need to update this policy from time to time, and we will inform you of changes by posting notices on our website, in the application, or notifying you via email.
