Autentique LTDA, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 29.423.653/0001-65, is a Digital Signature platform for documents and contracts. By using the platform, you declare that you accept these terms of service.
All information, images, and news on the website are the intellectual property of Autentique. The availability of these materials, except for the Autentique logo, requires prior authorization. None of these materials may be copied, displayed, transmitted, distributed, or sold without express written authorization.
By registering, signing, or receiving a document on Autentique, you become a system user, authorized to access the platform and the documents stored in your account indefinitely.
Users can create, delete, modify, and sign documents within their Autentique accounts.
Autentique is responsible for storing, hosting, and making these documents available. Any violation of these terms of use, Brazilian law, or misuse of the platform authorizes Autentique to terminate the user's account and prevent future registrations.
Violations of the terms of use include:
1 – Accessing the platform through any automated means or simulating user actions to perform tasks or collect information (e.g., crawlers, spiders, and bots);
2 – Using Autentique's document hosting service for purposes other than sending documents for signature or submitting documents for marketing/promotional purposes;
3 – Using the platform in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or harm Autentique's servers or cause financial or reputational harm to Autentique;
4 – Embedding Autentique in frames, pop-ups, or simulating user actions outside Autentique's API on any third-party website without express written authorization;
5 – Manipulating document or signature data in a way that compromises the transparency of information provided by Autentique to document signers.
6 – Taking actions that cause financial damage to Autentique, harm its relationships with suppliers or partners, or damage its public image;
7 – Insulting, offending, threatening, or harassing Autentique's staff, employees, or executives through any means;
Autentique reserves the right to unilaterally terminate active corporate plans, reimbursing only the last invoice paid by the user. Any sale or paid intermediation of Autentique services is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Autentique offers free plans where it covers user costs within predefined limits. These plans serve promotional and platform awareness purposes. Autentique may modify their terms or discontinue them at any time if their intended purpose is not met or if user actions harm Autentique or its staff.
Recurring plans (corporate or enterprise) are prepaid, with no grace period, cancellation fees, or interest for non-payment under any circumstances. If payment is not made, the user's plan will revert to the free version upon expiration (the same day of the following month for monthly plans or the same day of the following year for annual plans).
All documents and registration data submitted to Autentique are stored by the platform and remain available to all signers for auditing according to their lifecycle. Canceling a plan or account does not result in the deletion of these files.
If at least one signer has signed a document, it will be retained by Autentique, along with its records, for a minimum of 5 years for corporate plan documents and 2 years for free plan documents. After this period, files may be moved to "cold storage," a long-term storage solution. Retrieval from cold storage requires a recovery fee, after which a new 5- or 2-year lifecycle will begin.
Autentique and its staff may access user documents in cases of support requests or suspected violations of these terms or Brazilian law. Autentique reserves the right to use data and documents for machine learning training. No stored data or contact information will be sold or distributed. All registration information is confidential and can only be accessed through legal processes or at the request of the account owner. For more details, check our Privacy Policy.
Autentique bears no legal responsibility for the content or data in documents sent via its platform. The obligations within the documents are solely the responsibility of the signing parties.All data, copyrights, and any other rights processed through Autentique belong exclusively to the signers.Autentique reserves the right to modify platform features, introduce new functionalities, and change plan conditions at any time without prior notice.
